Dr. Simon brings over 35 years of experience and leadership from the public and private sectors, and from academia. He has been a VA counseling psychologist, VA supervisory psychologist, statewide VA rehabilitation and counseling program chief, rehabilitation consultant, university faculty member, professional journal editor, and author. His specialties include vocational assessment of persons with disabilities, geriatric assessment and care planning, Social Security disability, VA vocational rehabilitation, career counseling, life care planning, research, and human services agency administration. Dr. Simon has a Ph.D. in counselor education from Kent State University, with specialties in evaluation and measurement, and a master's in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice counseling in several states.
As a management consultant, Matt has over 12 years of experience helping health care organizations of all sizes with financial, operational and strategic decisions. Matt has worked with public and non-profit acute care hospitals, rehabilitation companies, and long-term care providers, and offers expertise in helping organizations leverage technology to meet their goals. He holds a bachelor's degree from Emory University and a master's in health administration from The Ohio State University.
Diane has extensive experience as a medical and vocational consultant, and program director. She has expertise in vocational assessment, case management, workers' compensation rehabilitation, long term disability, veterans vocational rehabilitation, and forensic rehabilitation. She has worked for several of the largest and best known rehabilitation organizations in the Midwest and Southwest, and also has experience in legal testimony. Diane holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Job Placement and Counseling from Drake University.

Lynne has 25 years of experience in providing career and employment services. She has assisted over a thousand persons, including veterans, high school students, and the general public, to identify employment goals, develop educational training plans, and obtain employment. She has also developed and provided labor market information to vocational consultants from numerous geographical areas and employment fields. In addition, over her career, Lynne has been a business owner, entrepreneur, business consultant, a county Business and Industry Council member, and a member of numerous public and non-profit Boards. She received her master's degree in Social Work Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
